By purchasing a personal commission from me (the artist) you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.Please read the terms carefully.Communication

Full or half upfront payment is required. For half upfront payment, the remaining half should be paid by the client after reaching a stage (sketch or final output) agreed upon by the client and artist.Revisions
The artist will provide sketches or roughs for approval by the client. After a finalized sketch is decided, further revisions from the client will incur additional charges.Use and IPR
I, NDR (the artist):
1. I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
2. I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
3. I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You (the customer/commissioner):
1. You MAY upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
2. You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
3. You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
4. You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
5. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point - contact me for info.For commercial works:
1. You MAY use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
2. You MAY upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
3. You MAY make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

1. You are NOT allowed to re-sell the live2d model or redistribute the files included in the package.
2. You may NOT claim the model as your own artwork. Please credit me as the artist and rigger.
