General
By commissioning artwork from me, NDR (the artist), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please review these terms carefully, and feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns before submitting any payment.1. Communication
Preferred contact methods for discussing commissions are Discord direct messages, Vgen commission or email.2. Payment- You may choose to pay either the full amount upfront or half upfront, with the remainder due upon reaching an agreed milestone (e.g., after the sketch or before final delivery).
- Payment must be received before work on your commission begins.3. Revisions- Initial sketches or rough drafts will be provided for your review.
- After final approval of the sketch, any additional revisions will incur extra fees.4. Rights and Usage (Intellectual Property Rights)Artist’s Rights- I retain all copyright to the commissioned artwork.
- I reserve the right to post the artwork online, add it to my portfolio, and include it in publications (e.g., art books).
- I also reserve the right to cancel and fully refund the commission at any time.Client’s Rights- You may share the commissioned artwork on websites and social media.
- You may not use the artwork for profit, including reselling, redistributing, uploading to print-on-demand services, or creating physical prints.
- You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.5. Commercial Use and License- If you purchase commercial work, you are automatically granted a commercial license as defined by these Terms of Service.
- This license allows you to use the artwork for commercial purposes, including product branding, advertising, and resale.
- You may upload and monetize the artwork on various platforms, with rights to resell, redistribute, and create prints.
- Any alteration of the artwork must still be pre-approved by me.6. Live2D PackagesLive2D packages are classified as commercial work and are subject to the above commercial terms and licensing.- Redistribution or resale of any files within the Live2D package is prohibited.
- You may not claim the Live2D model as your own; please credit me as both the artist and the rigger.
